Interested contractors may collect the tender documents from the General Office of the College during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) by bringing a business card and company chop. The completed sealed tender documents shall be returned to or delivered in person to the General Office of the College before the tender closing date.
