Tourism and Hospitality Studies
This subject provides opportunities for students to develop generic skills, such as communication, interpersonal, information-processing, problem-solving, and decision-making as well as presentation skills for lifelong learning. Through case studies, project learning, catering lessons and field trips, we arouse students’ interest and equip students with the skills for future pursuits in related fields. Visits to various institutes and enterprises are also organized to allow students to gain practical experience in this industry.
