Self-directed learning has always been an emphasis at HLC. We encourage students to be active learners. HLC Library provides access to a wealth of literature and international information resources.

HLC Library organizes a wide array of activities, such as themed book display, book sharing and design competitions to introduce and promote our resources including, but not limited to, books and periodicals.
